All services are performed in person at the service address provided during booking.

2. Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through:

By booking an appointment, you agree that:

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Pre-existing damage
• Personal items left inside vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to detailing

7. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• The vehicle condition presents safety hazards
• Biohazard contamination is present without prior disclosure
• The service location is unsafe
• The customer behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction

For coating or correction services:

• Vehicle condition must meet eligibility requirements
• Additional correction work may be required before coating application
• Coating longevity depends on proper maintenance

We do not guarantee coating lifespan if maintenance guidelines are not followed.

9. SMS & Communications
